    What is the Community Tab?

    This explains what the Community tab, also known as CMLC, is, how to access it, how to set up a Community profile, and some basics of navigating the Community.

    As a TradeMachine Pro member, you are part of an exclusive group of like-minded investors. Included with your subscription, you have access to a community that helps build knowledge and supports each other’s investing goals. Also, users find more value in their TradeMachine Pro subscription when they join the CML Community!


    Please review these set up instructions to create your social profile:

    Select "Community" from the menu bar:

    Create your PUBLIC USER NAME, upload a Profile Picture (optional), and review/accept the terms of service. Then click the "Submit" button. Your user name and profile picture can be changed at a later time in the Profile section.

    Navigating the Community

    The navigation menu will be on the top left-hand side of the screen and this is where users can find the key resources for navigating the Community:

    • Toggle switch near the top allows users to switch to dark mode.
    • Home will return users to the main Community feed.
    • Search can be used for specific terms or to search for a user's profile.
    • Notifications are when another user has liked/ commented on something you have posted in the Community. If new notifications come in, the user will see a number in a circle to the side telling them how many notifications are new.
    • MyProfile will direct users to their own profile to review or make edits.

    Posting in the Community

    Mindful Posting

    Our goal with Community, as with everything we do at CML, is to share knowledge. To ensure that we can do so effectively, we have everyone agree to our terms upon each log on to the Community. Please be mindful of these terms as you are making any posts in the Communuty:

    1. I will treat all users with respect, and will never harass, insult or denigrate anyone on this platform.
    2. I will not discuss politics or political parties.
    3. I will not promote or attempt to sell any services connected to me or any 3rd party without written approval from CML.
    4. I will post content and questions that I believe will be helpful to the community as a whole.
    5. I will flag any content using the ( ! ) button that violates these rules.
    6. I will send any possible bugs to support@cmlviz.com -- this is not the place for bug reports.
    7. I agree to the CML Community Terms of Service

    User's are able to share their general thoughts and, if they choose, tag other users in their post. This is a great way to get someone's attention to ask them a question. The post box appears at the top of the user's feed and features text formatting tools at the top right-hand side of the post box.

    If you would like to tag another user in your post just use "@" and then the user's Community username and when the post is sent they will receive a notification that you tagged them.

    Posting Limitations

    Currently, users are limited to a maximum of 500 characters (including spaces) for all Community posts.
